Blue & White Quilt

I took a quick break from my other projects to make this simple blue and white quilt. It's for a Grandfather and his Grandson (that I don't know personally) who are very close and are soon to be parted. I hope and pray that the quilt offers some comfort.

BTW....I'm dying for a map quilt update! oh, and have I mentioned how much I LOVE quilting lately??! I have to work at henry's today so I got up extra early to sew......is 425a too early to get up and quilt? I think not!

I am SO envious of your talent. This is beautiful! Samantha loves her quilt. It sits on the rocking chair and when we sit down to read she always asks to cuddle with "her special quilt". Such a touching gift.

What a beautiful quilt! You are such a maticulous quilter. All your squares are square and the lines straight. I wish I were half as good. The little houses in the BOM are so difficult for me, I'm very excited when the block turns out the right size. I'm offically behind now. June was an awful month and July isn't shaping up much better. Just started planning the June house which turns out to be a house and dog haouse, both!

Thanks everyone! I can't take credit for the design - that, including the color choice, was Nedra's idea.
