Caycee turned one yesterday and we celebrated! Auntie Jayci gave Caycee a special "do" - look close and you can see tiny pigtails on the top of her head.
"For me!?" 
"A cake, a candle, AND you're all singing for me?!!" 
" Now you're going to GIVE me the cake?!!"
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea - looks a bit messy. And how do I know it's not going to taste yucky?"
"Mmm, not bad, you can leave it here awhile." 
"That was great! Let's do it all again every day!"

Hi Kath, different pictures that Sarsh's. Those birthday pictures for the little ones are always precious and the comtentary was fun. All is well in Sunnyvale. Norah is much more adorable than pictures can show. Tina had all three newborn pictures up and I thought those kids were all much more beautiful than the pictures. Guess it's the live and wiggly reality that makes the difference. Can't tell how soft and kissable they are in a photo. Good to see you. Love, Pat
Tina & Jim's kids always look good right away... probably partly because they only spend 30 seconds in the birth canal! It's so nice that you are out there to be with them.
How cute! Messy faces always are adorable on babies. I get to do this later this month, my youngest will be turning one on the 23rd.
