Caycee turned one while Justin was in Iraq so Dayna waited until now to have a big bash for her. (You may remember pics from her actual birthday when Dayna invited immediate family and Caycee REALLY enjoyed her cake.) Everyone came out Sunday to celebrate and to see their new house. Such fun . . .
So very many kids . . . here's a few of them
So many toys (this is Justin's partner's little girl - what a sweetie)
Caycee loved her music mat toy....
All those toys and Cooper spent a lot of time playing with paper. Shopping for his birthday is going to be EASY!!
Caycee found time in her busy day to help show Adam how to wear his glasses.
I don't have a picture of it, but a few minutes later she showed Adam that, yes, in fact, in spite of what he says, his glasses reallly DO bend that way - you just have to pull really hard.

What an adorable picture of Adam and Caycee! Good thing glasses are made so bendable these days. Mom said she was going with you to Justin's and she was looking forward to it. She was glad to have gotten to Karen's too. I had offered to take her a number of times so I'm glad she went the day of the wedding. Justin and Dayna's place must be wonderful with all that space and it's all theirs.Pat P.S. Amazing how intriguing packaging is to kids. Parents ask themselves"Why didn't I just wrap empty boxes". Paper-so easy to provide.
I was looking back at older pictures on your blog and saw Justin hugging Dayna. His cap is down over his face so only his nose tip, lower cheeks, mouth and chin show. It looks just like Bart Jr.! Again, it is so wonderful to have all these pictures at my fingertips! Thank you. The only strange thing is sometimes people know you through a blog and you don't have a clue about them. Before Mary's wedding she had a online site going on and was posting pictures of the soon to be combining families. I hadn't seen it because I didn't understand how to access it. So I get to the resort we were staying at, throw my bags in the room, and go looking for Mary. Our families were the only ones at this intimate place. There I am going to the pool area and this young man greets me enthusiastically, hugging me and I didn't have a clue about who he was. Turns out it was a brother of Corey's, who it tecnology hip, as is most of the world. Oh well, I'm doing a little better. Love, Pat
You're doing MUCH better. That must've been wild meeting Corey's brother like that. I know it was fun meeting "my friend Amy" and seeing her husband at Karen's wedding. And I agree, I love having the pictures available... I looked at a bunch of older posts on Karen's blog recently and it was just so neat to do... I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Now we just need Penny to help you with a picture so we can see what you see from your house! Love you. Kathleen
